Aurelion (Nasdaq: AURE) is NASDAQ's first Tether Gold (XAU₮) Real World Asset (RWA) company focused on developing a business around tokenized gold. XAU₮ combines the stability of physical gold with the efficiency of blockchain, providing investors access to tokenized gold reserve that could serve as a safe haven from inflation, currency devaluation and crypto volatility. In parallel to building a business around the development of tokenized gold, Aurelion provides wealth management and asset management services.

Björn is a builder of durable businesses. He co-founded Penguin Group and signed the first 100 MW contract in Paraguay’s history, catalyzing a 1 GW+ Bitcoin mining ecosystem.
Björn is a builder of durable businesses. He co-founded Penguin Group and signed the first 100 MW contract in Paraguay’s history, catalyzing a 1 GW+ Bitcoin mining ecosystem. Over the past three years, he led Penguin Group’s massive growth, establishing it as a leading LATAM datacenter operator and the region’s #3 Bitcoin miner, built through partnerships and JVs with leaders like Marathon Digital (MARA) and Tether. Penguin has never sold its Bitcoin, a treasury discipline that shaped Björn’s conviction that XAU₮ is Bitcoin’s institutional complement. Born in Germany and based in Paraguay since 2018, he has also spent time in Hong Kong and Switzerland, and early in his career worked at McKinsey & Company.
Björn combines long-term conviction with deep operator experience. Purpose-driven and outcomes-focused, he has supported 4,000+ people through Penguin Academy programs that prepare – and place – participants into tech roles. He joins Aurelion to serve the gold and crypto community at a time when inflation and volatility call for stability and balance.
Xu Yanli (Yuki)
Yuki brings over a decade of public company finance and capital markets experience to Aurelion. Most recently at Burning Rock Biotech as Associate Director of Financial Reporting and Disclosure.
Yuki brings over a decade of public company finance and capital markets experience to Aurelion. Most recently at Burning Rock Biotech as Associate Director of Financial Reporting and Disclosure where she led the company's IPO (Nasdaq: BNR) and was responsible for SEC reporting, SOX compliance and investor relations from 2019 to 2026.
Previously, Yuki was a member of KPMG's Financial Services audit practice, where she led U.S. IPO and SOX audit engagements for financial services clients and gained extensive experience in annual audits and SEC reporting compliance of U.S. listed companies.
Yuki holds a Bachelor of Finance from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and is a member of the Chinese Institute of CPAs (CICPA).
